Key role for a Data Management Specialist is to oversee the organisation and maintenance of sensitive data ensuring it remains accurate, secure, and easily accessible.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and manage information from various sources while maintaining high levels of security and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distribute critical information to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Solve complex problems requiring in-depth knowledge of the field and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve efficiency and reduce risk.
Requirements
  • Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Database Administration with a proven track record of managing large datasets securely.
  • Proficiency in Stock Control and Planned Maintenance (SCPM) systems.
  • Experience working within the Department of Defence.
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management Tools (CMT) such as TeamCentre.
  • Asset Maintenance Planning System (AMPS) expertise.

Maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance and comply with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Opportunities for career advancement through online learning, mentorship, and professional development are available.
