Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, from briefing to launch, in partnership with Client Services.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Organise all project artefacts and assets, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Run meetings such as kick offs, standups, and reviews, and follow up with clear next steps and task lists.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, delivering everything from digital banners, microsites, and CRM production, to social content and other digital mediums. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, developers, and strategists, to bring ideas to life and ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in digital project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • A keen focus on quality assurance, with the ability to conduct thorough QA checks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
