**Job Overview**


We are seeking a skilled and organised Inventory Management and Planning Coordinator to join our team at Synaco Global Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Australian food manufacturer in a dynamic and thriving organisation.


**Key Responsibilities**



  • Provide support across various functions within the production and warehouse teams
  • Forecast and plan production over a 4-6 week period
  • Update and maintain production plans daily and plan production orders to meet customer requirements
  • Analyse inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed decisions
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on production and warehouse activity

**Requirements**



  • 2+ years proven experience as a Planning Administrator or similar role
  • Planning and forecasting experience is essential
  • Previous experience in a FOOD manufacturing environment is essential
  • Excellent understanding of Planning Management procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
