Inventory Operations Manager

Job Summary
Mondelēz International is seeking a highly skilled Inventory Operations Manager to join our team in Dandenong South. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and controlling warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement warehouse operations plans to achieve inventory accuracy objectives and ensure operational requirements are consistently applied.
- Lead the receipt, issue, and disposal of raw and packaging materials and finished goods inventories in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage and control the replenishment of stock at distributors' warehouses, analyze inventory movements, and ensure inventory levels in the supply chain are at manageable levels.
- Develop and implement overhead budgets to define cost boundaries for an efficient warehouse operation and ensure cost targets are met.
- Monitor and control materials wastage and variance to generate productivity savings.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance requirements are in place, including warehouse audits, ISO, FSSC, and quality management system audits.
- Be accountable for talent, capabilities, and engagement for the team and responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management, and handling material movement equipment.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience in ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
