About the Role
- Clean and maintain hotel rooms for check-in and outs, ensuring a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Effectively manage public areas of the hotel, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Conduct regular room checks to ensure they are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
- Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys and equipment, ensuring they are always available and in good condition.
- Drive productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.
About You
To succeed in this position, you will need to possess the following qualities:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a similar role within a 4-5 star hotel environment is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in cleaning public areas of a venue, demonstrating attention to detail and ability to identify recurring issues.
- A professional manner and exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and guests.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- A friendly and positive attitude, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly.
