The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver onboarding projects, including coordinating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine onboarding requirements and plan onboarding activities.
  • Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor onboarding team schedules, KPIs, and KHIs.
  • Keep customers informed and satisfied with Directorate of Maritime Engineering & Logistics (DMEL) onboarding products and services.
About Our Team

The DMEL Onboarding team is responsible for the onboarding of Naval Acquisition Projects and Maritime Enterprises into the Navy Logistics Information Systems (NLIS) and the Maritime Sustainment Model (MSM) Enabling Support System. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an Onboarding Logistics Coordinator with excellent stakeholder management skills, strong project management skills, and a good understanding of logistics discipline. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with data and organisational change management (OCM) and a strong customer service mentality.

  • Ability to build and manage strong stakeholder relationships with customers, subject matter experts, and providers.
  • Ability to quickly learn new logistic tools and assist customers with adopting them to business processes.
  • Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
