  • Clinical in-home services include care plan assessment, medication, incontinence, wound, chronic disease, complex wound management, palliative care, health, and diabetes management.
  • Clinical delivery and supervision of non-clinical team members in a community setting.
  • Intake processing, clinical care planning, and reporting.
  • Conducting client care assessments with a focus on Consumer Directed Care.
  • Coordinate the provision of quality person-centred care according to the client's needs, service/care plans, and available funding.
Qualifications

To be successful as an enrolled nurse with us, you will need:

  • Qualified Enrolled Nurse
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Australian National Police check
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Experience in assessing and planning care needs within the community.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for high-quality client-focused care in a community setting.
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment - highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously or within a team environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
