About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Advisor to drive strategic direction and governance in Indigenous participation and engagement for our business units.

This critical role will enhance business outcomes and social impacts in project delivery. It will also:

  • Assist projects to understand and implement their social procurement requirements and Indigenous reporting processes.
  • Provide advice and assistance to implement initiatives that will assist the projects and work-winning teams to meet their targets.
  • Develop and support the creation and implementation of the Indigenous engagement strategy in alignment with the actions and deliverables of our Reconciliation Action Plan and Diversity Dimensions.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in social procurement or similar roles, as well as experience in a large organisation, construction-related field, or supplier diversity and social procurement in government. Relevant qualifications and knowledge of government policies and requirements in the construction industry are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in social procurement or similar roles.
  • Experience in a large organisation, construction-related field, or supplier diversity and social procurement in government.
  • Relevant qualifications.
  • Knowledge of government policies and requirements in the construction industry.
