As a Learning Support Teacher, you will play a unique role in ensuring that each student has the opportunity to grow academically and spiritually.

About this Role

This position involves working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders to establish productive partnerships and achieve educational outcomes for students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with disability and demonstrated ability to work effectively with assessment data and other relevant student information.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with identifying students with special educational needs and collaborate with parents, colleagues, and external providers.
  • Deliver intervention programs, teach students, and assist teachers with curriculum differentiation.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to design, implement, and monitor adjustments for students with disability.
Key Requirements
  • Ability to articulate a clear understanding of Catholic education and its mission.
  • Experience working with students with disability (7-12).
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and gather/interpret assessment data.
