Culinary Professional

Our team at Murray Vale is seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join us in the Riverina Murray Region. The role requires flexibility with availability on weekends and involves cooking and kitchen duties.

We strive to deliver exceptional care to our residents by maintaining high standards in food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook fresh meals for residents, ensuring presentation and taste meet our expectations.

Assist with table service, clearing duties, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment.

Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen or bulk food preparation setting (desirable).

Maintain knowledge of Food Safety Standards and HACCP compliance.

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer service and quality outcomes.

Be available for various shifts and days to support our operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in meal planning, preparation, and presentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices and HACCP principles.
  • Availability for weekend work and flexible scheduling.
