Overview

At Guzman y Gomez, we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As a Cook at GYG, you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, you will work with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, delivering quality creations for our guests. We're looking for Part-Time and Casual Cooks with flexible shifts across mornings, middays, and evenings.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to GYG recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety practices in all work areas.
  • Support the team to deliver fast, friendly service to guests.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations during shifts.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, middays, and evenings.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.
