Senior Conveyor Maintenance Professional

- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to identify areas for improvement.
- Repair and maintain conveyor systems, including belt cleaning and scraper installation, to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform alignments and modifications to structure, pulleys, belts, and motors to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and redesign conveyor systems or equipment to resolve issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain and repair plant, equipment, and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Relevant trade background or mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety practices and protocols.
- Able to work in high-intensity labor roles with flexibility for away work and overtime, including weekend shifts if required.
- Proficient in fault-finding, problem-solving, and technical skills.
