Job Title

We are seeking an experienced BIM professional to lead the implementation of Building Information Modelling processes and workflows on significant projects.

  • Leading the development of BIM strategies, standards and procedures.
  • Implementing BIM software solutions and training team members in their use.
  • Collaborating with project stakeholders to define project objectives, scope and requirements.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Detecting and resolving clashes and attending clash management and resolution meetings.
  • Performing 4D construction methodology sequencing and construction programme simulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations discipline.
  • 7+ years' experience in the AECO industry.
  • 3+ years' experience in a BIM management role.
  • Working knowledge of current local codes of practice and BIM requirements.
  • Proficiency in AutoDesk Revit and other BIM software options.
  • Excellent communication, project management, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong team focus and attention to detail.
