Building BIM Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Building Information Modelling (BIM) specialist to lead and manage complex BIM projects, producing detailed 3D models and CAD drawings for all stages of design.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with a strong background in Revit, who can provide expertise in multidisciplinary services coordination and tight deadline management.

  • Accredited with HNC/HND or equivalent qualification and proven experience at BIM level 2
  • Strong practical experience using Revit in building/MEP-based roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client, subcontractor, and internal staff interaction
  • Solid understanding of BIM practices and documentation, including ISO 19650 and COBie
  • Proficiency in Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, Dynamo, and Microsoft packages
