Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Reservations Coordinator to join our team in Southbank. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all reservations for our Melbourne based steak house restaurants.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and administrative skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Previous experience in reservations management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all reservations are handled promptly and recorded accurately
  • Provide efficient and professional service to all guests
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all stores and promotions
  • Be knowledgeable of the brand loyalty program and provide appropriate benefits to our current and future members

Requirements:

  • A Team player with high level of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
  • Previous reservations management experience within restaurant essential
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, administration and time management skills
  • Current RSA qualification or the ability to obtain is essential
