About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager (minimum 2 years' experience) to join our Product team. You will work closely with over 200+ Product experts across the Flutter Group, delivering products such as Safer gambling, Same Game Multis, and Live Streaming. Based in Melbourne, you'll be accountable for delivering maximum value to customers and the business.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading innovation to identify new product opportunities and optimise existing products
  • Developing product roadmaps that ensure Sportsbet delivers maximum value to customers and the business
  • Lifecycle management of in-market products ensuring ongoing value creation, including leading GTM activities to launch and grow the product portfolio
  • Undertaking market and competitor analysis, continuously assessing product strengths and weaknesses to inform strategic direction
  • Cultivating product capability across the team and business

Salary

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, plus a generous performance-based bonus and flexible working policy, is on offer.
