Be a Garden Ambassador

Are you passionate about local plants and wildlife?

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Volunteer Garden Guides. As a Garden Guide, you'll inspire residents to create wildlife-friendly spaces by visiting their home gardens.

Through these visits, you'll help residents discover how their gardens can support the unique flora and fauna of the region.

You'll then prepare a follow-up garden report for the resident, summarizing key discussion points and listing planting and wildlife gardening recommendations.

No experience is necessary; we provide standard report writing templates and offer workshops to help you get started.

If you have knowledge or interest in wildlife gardening that you'd like to share with others, consider becoming a Volunteer Garden Guide.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Working with Children's Check (no fee for volunteers)
  • Police Check (paid for)
  • Current Driver's License and Insurance
  • Ability to access various technological platforms
