Senior Cyber Operations Engineer

You will be a key member of our Cyber Security team, responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. As a Senior Cyber Operations Engineer, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consulting and offering hands-on technical solutions across Privileged Access Management and Cyber Ark implementations
- Collaborating with teams to identify and troubleshoot issues related to Privileged Access Management
- Proactively monitoring systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Participating in Disaster Recovery planning and testing
- Responding to and troubleshooting incidents related to the platform and related systems
- Mentoring and training other IT professionals on the use and administration of the Cyber Ark platform and related systems
- Developing and maintaining documentation, including standard operating procedures, technical diagrams, and knowledge base articles
- Overseeing and reviewing configurations being deployed into the platform leveraging automation with a focus on operational excellence
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Cyber Ark
- Ability to articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points
- Passion for automation, orchestration, and leaving nothing to be manual
- Cyber Ark accreditation and/or certifications
- Experience working in an Agile, high-paced operations team
- Proficiency in ITIL methodologies including incident, request, problem, and change management
- Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux/Unix Server Administration experience
We are looking for candidates with:
- Scripting languages such as Powershell and Python
- Experience in AWS Cloud technology and entitlement management
- Previous expertise in developing automation tooling such as Octopus, Team City, and Github
