Job Title: Group Reservations & VIP Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Group Reservations & VIP Manager. This role will involve overseeing the Reservations Department across two locations, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to ensure the smooth handling of guest bookings.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in hospitality reservations management. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing reservations strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets, managing projects and meeting deadlines across multiple locations, and driving new offerings and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
