About this role:

As a senior leader at our Hornsby club, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional member experiences.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales budget management and analysis
  • Meeting sales targets to contribute to the club's overall performance
  • Leading delivery of exceptional member experiences and successful resolution of member concerns
  • Staff recruitment, training, and retention
  • Performance appraisals
  • Weekly meetings with department leaders to discuss progress and challenges

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience managing a sales team in a high-volume environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and exceptional verbal, written, and time management skills
  • A passion for fitness and sales
