Job Title: Compliance Officer

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and be able to develop and implement policies and procedures aligned with industry standards.

The role will involve monitoring and auditing current practices, identifying areas for improvement, and providing training and support on compliance issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures aligned with ASQA Standards
  2. Monitoring and auditing current learning and teaching practices to enhance efficiency and compliance
  3. Contribute to the growth and development of academic and compliance processes, ensuring up-to-date policies and procedures
  4. Supporting Academic Manager and other Directors in excellent curriculum development and administering course accreditation
  5. Creating a cooperative work environment for trainers, assessors, and academic support staff
  6. Providing training and support on compliance issues
  7. Managing Organisation's Risk Management Framework
  8. Investigating and resolving compliance issues, maintaining records
Requirements:
  1. 3-5 years experience in operations management or administrative systems within education sector
  2. In-depth knowledge of ASQA Standards and regulatory requirements
  3. Ability to create and analyse reports relevant to responsibilities
  4. Excellent workload and time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines
  5. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
