Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team for a fixed-term opportunity. You will work on high-impact AML/CTF reform initiatives within Financial Crime Surveillance, collaborating with senior stakeholders across transformation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of critical AML/CTF reform initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, prioritise and deliver results
  • Help shape the future of financial crime compliance through collaboration, insight and strong delivery practices
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage complex business analysis activities
  • Strong experience in financial crime operations services, preferably in a financial services organisation
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and business units
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
