Job Title: Communications Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a communications professional to shape and amplify Synergy's one-voice approach to internal and external communications.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in driving engagement, alignment, and a positive reputation across the organisation.

This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent writing skills, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand consistency and continuous improvement, with a commitment to delivering high-quality communications that align with Synergy's purpose and values.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging communication initiatives that support Synergy's strategic and operational goals.
  • Build strong relationships with business units and project teams to deliver consistent, customer-centric communications.
  • Plan and manage internal events and programs that promote key business priorities and enhance employee engagement.
  • Ensure all communications reflect Synergy's brand voice and visual identity, maintaining consistency across channels and touchpoints.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by helping stakeholders streamline communication processes and increase self-service capabilities.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in communications or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for brand consistency and continuous improvement.
