Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in social performance roles with operational exposure
  • Commercial acumen to negotiate effectively with suppliers and procurement teams
  • Tender writing experience with strong communication skills
  • Desktop scoping and analysis expertise with ability to develop strategic plans
  • Ability to articulate a clear strategic direction and plan
  • Experience in human resources, stakeholder engagement, communications, or corporate affairs delivering approved plans
  • Strong project management skills with intuitive ability to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Sound research and reporting skills
