Service Consultant

Job Summary:

Our organization seeks a skilled Service Consultant to oversee vehicle servicing processes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and efficient management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the vehicle servicing process from receipt to completion, guaranteeing seamless communication with customers and the workshop team.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of vehicles.
  • Administer accurate records and payments for all customer services.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in dealership service advising.
  • Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment.
