Marketing & Engagement Lead

We are seeking a Marketing and Engagement Lead to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships with key stakeholders and developing impactful marketing campaigns.

The role will involve working closely with the Strategic Relationships team to develop bespoke content that showcases our organization's mission and values. You will be responsible for leading the development of collateral and resources, as well as supporting the Philanthropy Manager to deliver existing partner agreements and prepare new partnership proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to engage key donors and partners
  • Creating high-quality content, including pitch decks, cases for support, and other marketing materials
  • Collaborating with the MarComms content team to develop engaging and customized content
  • Supporting the Strategic Relationship Managers (SRMs) to deliver existing partner agreements and prepare new partnership proposals
  • Coordinating partnership renewals and assisting with strategies to increase partnerships revenue
  • Utilizing Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, and social media platforms to amplify messages and attract partners
  • Automation for SR team marketing-based processes such as eDMs and donor journeys
  • Event coordination, including collating potential invitee lists from the CRM, coordinating the RSVP list, and other operational event management

Skills & Attributes:

  • Demonstrated marketing expertise with strong preference for fundraising marketing and communications experience
  • Able to write impactful copy and develop fundraising marketing processes
  • Experience using tools such as Campaign Monitor/Hubspot
  • Passion for developing and maintaining workflows, systems, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, data handling, and database process compliance
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently
