We are seeking an individual with a genuine interest in learning the bakery trade and creating high-quality products for customers. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we would like to hear from you.

  • You will complete an Apprenticeship - Certificate III in Retail Baking (Bread) and be trained on how to produce and bake a variety of breads using baking equipment and machinery over a 3 year period.
  • Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping at our stores.
  • Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting any hazards.
  • Work with a diverse range of people in an industry facing rapid change, you'll gain real-world experience and grow as a person.
  • Learn the skills and gain experience to become a qualified Retail Baker.
  • Complete the 3 years with on and off-the-job training.
  • Attend all TAFE classes and complete all assessments.
  • Practice on the job
