An exciting opportunity has become available at New Model Beauty Queen (NMBQ), we are a small but fast growing sustainable, ethically produced clothing brand and screen printing company.

At NMBQ we believe in slow fashion and we do not follow trends, every garment is unique and this is what we hope you can help to elevate and reflect in our social media outlets and digital marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities include**
- Develop strategy and execute on organic digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media campaigns for NMBQ.
- Manage the social media networks for NMBQ by creating and posting engaging content consistently across NMBQ's Facebook, Instagram, and our online website
- Creating, managing and promoting our brand internally and externally that is engaging and relevant to our audiences
- Building an influential online presence across a variety of platforms, particularly social media
- Utilising an understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, to generate, analyse and interpret data.
- Developing content using Canva or Photoshop etc
- Writing strategic, catchy & on-brand copy to accompany social media posts
- Assist with photo shoot days for NMBQ and editing of footage for online store

**Experience and Skills required **(References extremely desirable)
- Keen interest and understanding of fashion
- One or more years of experience in Digital and Social Media marketing or similar role (with references desirable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working with WordPress, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in business posts on social media platforms
- Understand SEO and web traffic data
- Understand social media KPIs
- Works well with a team
- Organized and self-motivated
- Excellent time management

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualifications in fashion and fashion related digital and social media marketing
- Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communication and/ or Marketing
