About The Role

This unique opportunity combines specialized training and education within a leading allied health provider. As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing high-quality courses for our Professional Development Platform
  • Presenting expert content in face-to-face workshops
  • Providing one-on-one mentorship and specialist supervision in areas of expertise
  • Maintaining a clinical caseload (24 billable hours per week)
  • Engaging with industry leaders and contributing to research-driven practice improvements
About You

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner who is a subject matter expert in any of the following areas:

  • ASD/Neurodiversity
  • Trauma Informed Care
  • Paediatrics/ECI
  • Mental Health
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient BSP registration
  • Solid practical experience in Behaviour Support
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • The ability to work flexibly and travel as needed
