Job Description

The role of Operational Excellence Analyst is critical to the success of our business. We are seeking an exceptional candidate who can deliver strategic insights and drive measurable impact through process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse operational data to identify key metrics and areas for improvement.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports to enhance data visibility.
  • Support compliance activities including risk assessments and control development.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support governance standards and project delivery.
  • Ensure data integrity and structure in operational systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, engineering or management.
  • Additional certification in operations analysis or process improvement is beneficial.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in operations analysis, data analytics or process optimisation roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel and tools like Power BI; familiarity with CMS or other reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management and operational frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and integrity.
  • Proactive and analytical with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
  • Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and teamwork capabilities.
