About Your New Role

As a Retail Professional, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring it is presented exceptionally and welcoming to customers.

About You
  • You should have previous experience working in fast-paced customer-facing environments and direct/indirect leadership experience.
  • You must be able to lead, coach, and develop your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements.
  • To maintain excellent department standards by monitoring stock, rotation routines, waste, and quality control.
  • You will simplify processes and adhere to strict audit, food safety, and compliance standards.
  • You are expected to drive a one-team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety, and well-being.
