About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to join our team as a Delicatessen Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the deli department.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Oversee stock management, rotation routines, waste and quality control to ensure exceptional department standards.
  • Maintain strict audit, food safety and compliance standards at all times.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that celebrates success and prioritizes team members' health, safety and wellbeing.
  • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

About You

  • You have previous experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  • You possess direct or indirect leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead, coach and develop your team.
  • You are skilled in maintaining excellent department standards, including stock management, rotation routines, waste and quality control.
  • You are committed to simplifying processes and adhering to strict audit, food safety and compliance standards.
