About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our depot team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, depot maintenance, and equipment upkeep.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the depot/showroom, ensuring equipment is cleaned, function-tested, fueled, and stored appropriately for pick-up and drop-offs.
  • Receive incoming equipment, conduct off-hire checklists, and cooperate with the workshop to assist with processing for inspections and servicing.
  • Provide excellent face-to-face and phone customer service to both existing and new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements
  • Driver's license required, forklift license desirable.
  • Previous yard/depot experience and/or knowledge of machinery/tools and construction equipment.
  • Effective communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within a team in a busy environment and provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Ability and willingness to learn all aspects of the equipment and machinery and further progress in your career.
