Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual seeking a challenging role in architectural design? We are currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to work on various projects, from residential buildings to public spaces. You will be responsible for creating technical designs and documentation using ArchiCAD for all project stages - DA, tender and construction.

In this role, you will also ensure compliance with building codes, Australian Standards, NCC and local planning regulations by interpreting and applying them correctly.

As an Architectural Technician, you will collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain consistency across disciplines.

Requirements:
  • Experience producing construction documentation for multi-storey residential projects in Australia using ArchiCAD.
  • A strong understanding of building codes and standards, combined with a technical mindset.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.
