Content Management Systems Specialist

Join a team and play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the enterprise content management system.

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on system configuration, reporting, usability, and upgrade/patch pathways for change management and content management systems.
  • Collaborate closely with ICT teams to ensure system performance, security compliance, and alignment with ICT standards.
  • Champion ICT and ITIL best practices in all areas of system support, maintenance, and service delivery.
  • Engage with business units to design and implement effective user interfaces tailored to operational needs.
  • Lead change management activities including the development of communication materials and change plans.
  • Act as a central liaison ensuring seamless communication and coordination among stakeholders and users.
  • Serve as the escalation point for all technical concerns relating to Content Manager.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on integrations and components such as SharePoint, Office Online, OneDrive, and document store design.
  • Perform capacity management and proactively monitor system performance.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to key users ensuring confident system use and sustainability.
  • Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems EDMS ideally in a technical capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Content Manager TRIM is preferable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • High-level analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to assess risks and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively building effective relationships across teams.
  • ITIL Certification minimum v3 or equivalent experience in an ITIL-based environment minimum 3 years.
  • Previous experience working within government or large public sector organisations.
