AI Innovation Lead

The role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about research and development and prototyping. This position involves working across the entire technology stack, collaborating with designers, architects, business owners, and other developers and engineers to build prototypes with cohesive end-to-end features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and communicate prototypes.
  • Develop and troubleshoot prototypes with both frontend and backend components, ensuring adherence to team coding standards, architectural patterns, and security practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including AI systems and agent architectures.
  • Foster innovation through rapid prototyping of novel agentic AI solutions and stay updated with the latest industry trends and academic breakthroughs.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI Agent development and Agentic AI systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with complex AI system design.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
