Logistics Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expediting the flow of materials or products between suppliers and project clients. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with suppliers to commence expediting processes efficiently.
- Update PO/material supply due dates using client-expediting platforms.
- Monitor order readiness to ensure compliance with guidelines.
- Keep expediting records up-to-date and compliant with company guidelines.
- Identify and communicate order delays to mitigate potential project challenges.
- Resolve delays to meet critical project deadlines.
- Ensure correct order documentation is issued by vendors upon order release.
- Arrange collections of orders ready to ship and monitor arrival at depots.
- Manage and resolve OS&Ds in a timely manner.
- Prepare expediting and OS&D reports using software.
- Monitor and meet project KPIs.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure efficient movement of inbound and outbound project material.
- 5+ years International Logistics experience.
- Experience in CargoWise & CargoWise reporting.
- SAP experience is beneficial.
- Complete understanding of company values.
- English spoken and written – CEFR Level 5.
- Data compiling and processing skills through Excel.
- Intermediate IT - Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.
- Ability to gain and maintain a Criminal History clearance.
- Right to live and work in Australia.
