Job Title: Intelligence Data Specialist

This is a senior leadership role within the Digital Surveillance Collection department, responsible for providing strategic direction and management to data analytics services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of technical surveillance capabilities and experience in mentoring, developing, and leading data analysts.

The role requires a combination of technical knowledge with strong people management and leadership skills. The Officer will be responsible for ensuring all collected data is handled in accordance with governance, evidential, statutory, and policy requirements.

Key responsibilities include coordinating analytical resources, enhancing data management practices, working closely with integration teams, representing the organization at forums, and developing team leaders and specialists.

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in data analytics or extensive demonstrated technical equivalent skills and experience. They will also possess strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
