About the Role

This position is often the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors. The customer service representative must be able to work under pressure at times, handle a wide variety of activities, including confidential matters with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills to residents, families, and visitors.
  • Develop and maintain strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including active listening.
  • Operate intermediate level MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learn new IT systems.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate excellent team working skills.
  • Work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Be flexible in approach and work locations/hours.
  • Remain calm and problem-solve low to medium level of complexity issues and know when to escalate.
