Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer orders from beginning to end, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Partner with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations and resolve issues
- Provide internal support and feedback to sales teams with customer information
- Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly
- Proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships
- High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
