Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Building solid relationships with clients to collect payments to contractually agreed terms.
  • Proactive Payment Confirmation: Performing daily collection communication to drive down overdue debt.
  • Accurate Commentary: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date commentary on all client accounts.
  • Debtor Reconciliation: Performing debtor reconciliations.
  • Participation in Debtor Review Sessions: Actively participating in debtor review sessions with operating companies.
  • Month-End Reporting: Performing month-end reporting.

About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality services. You will work closely with clients and operating company teams to collect payments to contractually agreed terms.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in the Accounts Receivable field, strong people interaction and relationship building skills, and be well-organized with the ability to prioritize workloads.
