Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cash Handling Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by processing orders, collecting payment, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet members, obtain membership cards, and determine packing preferences
  • Record sales, transfer items, and monitor inventory
  • Request supervisor verification for high-ticket items
  • Count register at sign on, ensure cleanliness, and order change when needed
  • Receive accurate payment, make change, and process credit/debit charges
  • Assist in opening and closing duties, including updating guidelines and following safety procedures
  • Operate cash registers, scanners, pallet jacks, and other equipment

Requirements:

  • Higher School Certificate or higher
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills, problem-solving, and critical thinking
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination or medical contraindications certificate
