About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Civil Designer to join our team at BMD Empower. As a Senior Civil Designer, you will be responsible for scope, producing, and reviewing completed design and documentation, as well as preparing and delivering engineering solutions to clients as per their project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scope, produce, and review completed design and documentation
  • Prepare and deliver engineering solutions to clients as per their project requirements
  • Coordinate external consultants for the incorporation of any required engineering inputs into designs
  • Production of engineering and cost estimates
  • Conduct internal audits of the company business management system

Requirements

  • Experience in design of urban development, residential subdivision, and infrastructure projects
  • Experience in road design is essential
  • Formal qualifications in Engineering
  • TMD (Traffic Management Design) Qualification
  • Strong design capability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
