
Principal Documentation Specialist

Job Description
As a Document Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. This includes setting up and managing document control systems, ensuring compliance with internal standards and ISO protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage version control, distribution, and compliance of documents.
- Ensure documents are stored systematically and are accessible to team members.
- Verify accuracy and consistency of documents.
- Track, register, and transmit drawings and critical project documents.
- Provide timely access to current and accurate documents for consultants and contractors.
- Conduct regular audits and maintain document trails to support project transparency and delivery.
- Oversee the proper storage and archiving of documents according to internal standards and ISO protocols.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have 2+ years of experience in document control within construction, engineering or infrastructure. Proficiency in systems such as Procore, Aconex, or similar platforms is required. You should also possess attention to detail, a passion for organized systems, and excellent communication skills.
