Rehabilitation Consultant Job

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Rehabilitation team. This role will be based in Western NSW, with a flexible hybrid working environment.

Our company delivers best-in-industry workplace rehabilitation, injury management and wellbeing services. We work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

  • Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments
  • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel valued
Required Skills and Qualifications

What you need to have:

  • Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
