About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join an energetic and enthusiastic team of Occupational Therapists (OTs) at Bathurst Health Service on a Temporary Full-Time basis. The roles include inpatient and ambulatory rehabilitation, community, OACCP, with occasional weekend shifts.

In this role, you will work in ED, ICU, acute and rehabilitation wards, outpatients (Hand and Lymphoedema, Paediatric), community, and sub-acute outreach to nearby towns.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with your Allied Health colleagues and multidisciplinary teams. You will participate in supervising undergraduate Occupational Therapy students and have recently started a Rural Clinical School initiative with CSU for fourth-year OT students to complete placements in one location.

You will be part of a friendly, enthusiastic, and innovative team of Occupational Therapists and Allied Health Assistants, contributing to a culture of growth and professional development.

Multiple positions are available with contract end dates in January 2026 and May 2026.
