Job Title: HR Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Operations Manager to lead our team in Melbourne or Sydney offices. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

This position reports to the HR Director ANZ and will be responsible for leading HR operations across Australia New Zealand to ensure best practice and efficiency in terms of cost, quality, and delivery.

  • Lead the HR Operations team incorporating; payroll transition to HR Global Services, HR administration, reporting, fleet, process, and systems improvement, international mobility, and employee benefits.
  • Define and deploy strategies and SLA's for services, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements as well as driving continuous improvement of systems and processes to provide the best level of service to the business.

You will also:

  • Build and maintain HR operations efficiency, define and follow metrics, processes, and initiatives to build a performance-driven organization oriented on quality, delivery, and cost optimization.
  • Drive HR Operations Country activities, monitor SLA compliance, and internal customer satisfaction levels and addresses performance gaps to the team.
  • Represent the organisation and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with linked vendors to secure the right level of service.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in human resources management.
  • Extensive experience in human resources management and operations.
  • Solid knowledge of payroll and associated tools, and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to lead the implementation of process and tools improvement projects.
  • In-depth ANZ International mobility experience is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Proven change management skills.
  • Familiar with compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Previous experience working within a large multinational organisation.
