Job Role: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring their systems and infrastructure are running smoothly.

  • Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or on-site visits;
  • Configure and install hardware and software; troubleshoot and repair technical issues;
  • Ensure all client requests are logged and resolved in a timely manner;

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support and troubleshooting;
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls;
  • Hands-on experience with CISCO products, including configuration and implementation;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
