Front Desk Professional

At our Joondalup clinic, we're seeking a dedicated Front Desk Professional to contribute to our team. This role would predominantly cover our Joondalup location, with flexibility to support other clinics as needed.

  • We expect you to greet and welcome patients, clients, and visitors in a professional manner, following established procedures.
  • Effective wait time management is crucial; monitoring clinic lists, patient waiting rooms, and common areas will be part of your daily tasks.
  • Communication skills are key; learn to effectively communicate invoicing and payment information to patients, clients, and visitors.
  • You'll participate in routine cleaning and restocking activities to maintain a clean and organised environment.
  • Review, file, and manage patient information, documents, and forms accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • A high volume of client enquiries and bookings via telephone and email requires efficient handling; you'll need to respond promptly and professionally.
  • Collaboration with colleagues across departments is essential; be prepared to assist as needed.

  • Working knowledge of Medicare and HICAPS claiming processes.
  • Familiarity with Genie Practice Management Software or similar platforms.
