Senior Litigation Attorney

The role involves working on current and upcoming international mass torts matters in our Melbourne CBD-based Class Actions practice. This is a challenging opportunity to make a meaningful impact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the conduct of multiple class actions, utilising case plans and effectively delegating tasks to legal staff.
  • Provide strategic advice and updates to litigation funders on budgeting of individual and portfolio matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular communication while managing expectations.
  • Contribute to the origination and development of new class action opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
  • Significant experience as a solicitor practising across complex litigation and/or class actions.
  • A desire to lead high-performing legal teams.
  • Strong legal analytical skills, research skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with and manage large volumes of complex documents and reports.
  • Ability to control the fiscal aspect of matters, including reporting to stakeholders and delegation of work within your team.
  • A commitment to connecting with colleagues and delivering exceptional results for clients.
